Geisinger expands cancer services in Centre County with new, relocated clinic

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Geisinger has relocated its State College hematology and oncology clinic to an expanded location and is now open to better serve patients needing cancer treatments in Centre County and the surrounding region. 

The clinic remains at 200 Scenery Drive, State College, but is now on the second floor, entrance 1, allowing more space to treat patients and their care needs. The new clinic more than triples the space of its previous location and includes a more welcoming environment, larger lobby, seven spacious exams rooms and 12 infusion treatment chairs. The treatment room has been upgraded with windows, heated chairs and blankets.

“We are thrilled to continue caring for our patients in this new clinic area,” said Dr. Nilesh Patel, board-certified and fellowship-trained hematologist oncologist at Geisinger. “This new area will allow us to continue providing cancer services to the people of our community, close to home.”
