Research Interests
I have an abiding interest in redesigning the delivery of care to improve outcomes in patients with chronic rheumatic diseases. My experience and expertise in process redesign and health information technology has allowed our Rheumatology Department, to work on a number of exciting and cutting edge projects designed to create more patient-centric, higher quality, and more efficient health care and patient outcomes.Recent Publications
