You can use a broad network of participating fitness centers across the country, and you’ll get a discounted rate to join. Plus, sign up and use the free resources that are available, such as free workouts. You’ll be asked to create a separate username. The ChooseHealthy program:
- Is a discount program. It is not insurance.
- Provides discount complementary healthcare services from participating providers. You are obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the discount plan.
- Does not make payments directly to participating providers in the discount plan.
