Step 1 – Referral

Your first step is to get a referral from a provider, usually your primary care doctor or current specialist.

Step 2 – Schedule a telehealth visit

With the referral in place, new neurology patients will be contacted to schedule a telehealth visit in MyGeisinger/MyChart.

During that visit, a licensed Geisinger neurologist:

  • Reviews your symptoms
  • Performs a focused exam by video
  • Orders any tests or prescriptions you need

Follow-up care may be in person or virtual based on your needs.
