Perks & discounts: Beyond your benefits (Accessories Program)
The Accessories Program is made available solely for the convenience of those members who are interested in the discounted health items and services offered. Geisinger Health Plan and Geisinger Indemnity Insurance Company (collectively "Health Plan") do not endorse the individual practitioners, services and products of the Accessories Program and do not guarantee results or outcomes.
Geisinger Health Plan accepts no responsibility for loss that may arise from reliance on the services. Geisinger Health Plan makes no representation or warranty about quality, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose of any product or service offered under the program.
The practitioners, services or products of the Accessories Program should not be used as a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment. Geisinger Health Plan recommends that members consult with their physician before using any health services or products pursuant to the program.
These discounts and services are not included in the Geisinger Health Plan benefits plans and are provided strictly as a convenience as indicated above. This program and any of the practitioners, services and products in the program are not guaranteed for any length of time and may be discontinued with or without notice to members.
Should a problem arise with a value-added service, call the Geisinger Health Plan Gold customer service team at 800-498-9731, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
During the Oct. 1 to March 31 Medicare enrollment periods, Gold hours will expand to 7 days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Discounts are not included in your benefits plan
The products and services in the program are neither offered nor guaranteed under any of Geisinger Health Plan's benefit programs or Geisinger Health Plan’s contract with the Medicare program but are made available to enrollees who are members of Geisinger Health Plan.These discounts and services are not included in the Geisinger Health Plan benefits plans and are provided strictly as a convenience as indicated above. Show your member ID card to receive discounts
To use Accessories Program discounts, members may be required to show their member ID card or provide other information directly to vendors who participate in the Accessories Program. Member understands that his/her disclosure of information directly to the vendor whether in person, over-the-phone, internet or any other manner is done at their own risk, and Geisinger Health Plan assumes no liability relative to the member’s voluntary disclosure of such information. Geisinger Health Plan will not disclose member information to the vendor.For Geisinger Gold members
The products and services described in this section are neither offered nor guaranteed under Geisinger Health Plan's contract with Medicare but are made available to all Gold members. These products and services are not subject to the Medicare appeals process.
